Why this Program Is Different From All Others?

There is a tremendous amount of information you must master to pass the national exam.  Ninety percent of my clients failed their exams before they came to me for help.

Many failed more than once and finally gave up.  They bought all the books and online exams, attended weekend classes, and still failed.

Many describe the experience as "the exams were written in greek, I didn;t even understand the questions, let alone figuring out the answers".  They spent hundreds of hours and hundreds of dollars studying and testing, and still failed.

The simple fact is that they did not really understand the laws and concepts they studied, and although they struggled to piece together the information they needed to pass - they just came up short.

I work with my clients on an indvidual basis so that I can assess what it is they know and do not know.  Many have a false sense of confidence in their knowledge, and based on passing their practice exams, they feel confident they will pass.

My clients simply do not know what they do not know.  But I do. I know exactly what concepts they are misunderstanding or cannot comprehend, and I drill them until they do.

Through the one on one reviews I teach my clients in two ways - 1) using their visual memory; and 2) using their auditory memory from our phone reviews.  This is a powerful strategy that works and what makes my program unique.  Many of my clients tell me they can hear my voice in their head wile they are in the exam room, explaining these concepts to them.

I offer thousands of dollars of personal tutoring free of charge with every course, and it is the key to your eventual success.

What is it that most people do not really understand?  What we do everyday as administrators.  Really just knowing the basics to the extent that they can be asked questions and be able to figure out the answers based on their substantive knowledge they have gained working with me.

What we do as administrators is not rocket science, but there is a lot we need to know to manage the day to day workings of a skilled nursing home.

I believe the licensing exams do a good job assessing that knowledge.  But I also feel that many individuals struggle to gain that knowledge and confidence to pass their exams, and to competently manage a facility once licensed.

I invest in each of my clients, to provide them the knowledge and support they need to achieve their goals, manage a facility, provide excellent care to the most fragile and frailest of us all, and to make a difference.

The challenges and stresses of managing a skilled nursing home can be overwhelming.  In fact these challenges may seem never-ending and insurmountable, but what you do now to prepare for those challenges, is critical.

Once you pass your exams and are licensed, your education and training ends.  You will be expected to step into a building and manage it from day one.  With little help or guidance from your governing body or management company.

Take this opportunity to invest in your future, because getting licensed is the beginning of your journey, not the end.

I offer a resume service, AIT and NHA practice manuals, and post-hire consulting services to help you negotiate the challenges ahead.

I wish everyone much success in their future career.  At times, it can be daunting, but it has it many rewards as well.
