I wrote this 120 page manual based on my experience working with AIT's over 17 years and their specific concern that they were not receiving a substantive training in their internship.
 
The manual is divided by department, and details the types of challenges and issues you will most likely handle on a daily basis, strategies for dealing with them, and tips on how ro manage your time and the stresses inherent in this job. 
 
Many of my clients start preparing for their exams when they start their internship, and they have found the AIT training manual particularly helpful in identifying the tasks they need to complete and the questions they need to be asking before their complete their internship.
 
The AIT program is the only hands on experience you will receive prior to being licensed, and it is critical to make the most of this opportunity.  Once you are licensed, your education and training ends.
